“We like to think of ourselves as being a traditional boarding kennel with all the perks of a pet sitter.”

We are a small, family run dog boarding operation which allows us to provide your pet with the one on one attention he/she deserves.  They will be provided spacious accommodations with clean, comfortable bedding in one of our two heated & air conditioned kennels.  For our clients added peace of mind, our facilities are located just feet from our home. 

After many years of providing quality pet care, we have come to realize that some dogs view the outside runs of a traditional boarding kennel as an extension of their indoor space.  This can be a very confusing situation for them.  As such, we have designed our boarding kennels to cater to the needs of your pet.  Rather then having to use an outside run, we will walk your dog throughout the day (morning, afternoon, and even night) allowing them to keep the same routine they would have at home.

Barton Manor Kennels is located in the heart of beautiful Harford County, Maryland (just seven miles north of Bel Air).  Established in 1986, we have been providing quality dog boarding / pet daycare for over twenty nine years.

Walks, food, and administering medicines are just some of the perks that come with your visit to Barton Manor Kennels, and it’s all included in your regular boarding fee.  We even provide a courtesy bath free of charge with every five night stay (PM pickup required).
